3. Marketplace Disclaimer

Adsmuch.com does not own, inspect, or guarantee any items listed on the site. * We act as a venue only. We are not involved in the actual contract between buyers and sellers.

  • We do not verify the identity of every user; therefore, we encourage all users to exercise caution and perform due diligence before making payments or meeting in person.

4. Payments and Premium Services

While basic listings are free, Adsmuch offers paid promotional features (e.g., “Top Ads” or “Urgent” tags).

  • Payment: All payments for premium services are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • Refunds: Payments for digital promotions are generally non-refundable once the ad has been published, except at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: The Adsmuch logo, site layout, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
  • Your Content: By posting an ad, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your listing content for promotional purposes on our social media and partner networks.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Personal Safety: Adsmuch shall not be held liable for any personal injury, financial loss, or property damage resulting from interactions between users.
  • No Warranty: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide the platform on an “as is” basis.

7. Indemnification
